This document contains the license agreement for use of fonts created and sold by Ronna Penner, Typadelic Fonts, and the user(s) or purchaser(s) of said fonts.
In this document the term "font software" refers to any software or piece of code and/or computer information containing data that can be used to output letterforms or designs to any output or display device currently known or unknown.
LICENSING
These fonts are licensed to you, as the "licensee", on 5 CPUs and 1 Output Devices at a single location. For additional licensing information, contact Typadelic.
INTENDED USE
The only intended use of this font software is for the output, by various devices, of publishing designs or art designs. You may use Typadelic fonts to create limited commercial items for resale. You may not use Typadelic fonts to create items where the font is the sole focus of said item, e.g.: rubber stamp alphabets, as this would be considered derivative. For further information related to your specific project, please contact Typadelic.
You do not have the right to use Typadelic font software to create other derivative works that can be used as font software itself. You do not have the right to open these fonts in a font creation program or software and use that program to recreate a new font using this font as the starting point.
DISTRIBUTION
Should you place this font onto any on-line service, bulletin board or by any other means cause it to be distributed as a usable font file then you are subject to a redistribution fee. By downloading this font you are agreeing to this fee. Any revenues stemming from the use of, or resale of illegally distributed fonts or derivative works, become the property of and shall be transferred to Typadelic Fonts. You do not have the right to re-license, redistribute, resell, lend or lease this software in any form or manner. Should it be determined by inspection that your copy is possessed illegally by another entity then you can and will be held liable for damages. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Typadelic product.
EMBEDDING
If embedding Typadelic fonts is desired, licensee must represent and warrant that licensee's encryption of the embedded Typadelic fonts is secure enough to prevent any access or use by anyone. You are allowed to use the font to produce rasterized graphic files for use in these documents as this does not distribute the file as a usable font.

Typadelic Fonts expressly disclaims any warranty for this Typadelic software product. This software product and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Typadelic Fonts remains with you.
[NO] LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
In no event shall Typadelic Fonts be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if Typadelic Fonts has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
